MiravaPOS LLC ("MiravaPOS", "we", "us") provides point-of-sale, check-in, appointment and online booking software to nail and beauty salons ("Salons"). This policy explains what information we handle and how.

Information we collect

• Salon customers: name, mobile phone number, email (optional), appointments, services and purchase history, loyalty points, and consent records. Salons collect this at their check-in kiosk, at the counter, or on their online booking page.
• Salon owners and staff: name, email, phone number, login details and payroll settings entered by the Salon.
• Payments: we do not store card numbers. Card payments are processed by the Salon's card terminal and payment processor.

How we use it

• To run the Salon's business: check-in, appointments, receipts, gift cards, loyalty and reports.
• To send text messages and emails on behalf of the Salon — appointment confirmations and reminders, receipts, review requests and, only if you separately agreed, promotions. See our SMS Terms.
• To provide support and keep the service secure.

Text messaging and mobile information

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are used only to send messages from the Salon you visited. We share numbers only with the service providers that deliver the messages (for example, our SMS carrier), and only for that purpose.

Sharing

Each Salon can see only its own customers. We use trusted service providers for hosting, database, text messages and email. We may disclose information if required by law.

Security and retention

Data is stored with encryption in transit and access controls that separate each Salon's data. We keep information while the Salon uses MiravaPOS, or as needed for legal and accounting reasons.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
• To see, correct or delete your information, contact the Salon you visited, or us at support@miravapos.com.
